- The consular section has received your I-600 petition, and you are in possession of your child’s passport and medical examination report.
- If the I-600 is to be filed in Guatemala, the consular section has received your notice of approval and your documents will have been processed by the DHS/ICE office. You are in possession of your child’s passport and medical examination report.
